Assistant data remains stored as long as the customer maintains the assistant on our platform. ●Calls: To deliver our voice AI service, we process call audio in real time by converting speech to text, applying natural language understanding, and generating responses. The call data we collect includes: i.Call parties: Phone numbers or IP addresses of participants in the call. ii.Call metadata: Start and end times, call duration, call status (answered, busy, failed, etc.). iii.Call media: Audio recordings, if recording is enabled by the customer. iv.Call transcripts: Text transcriptions of the call audio. v.Call logs: Details of the conversation flow, AI responses, and outcomes. vi.Call recordings, transcripts, and logs may be retained to enhance and refine AI models, in compliance with applicable laws. Retention periods are based on customer configurations, and data is deleted upon request. ●Credentials: To integrate with third-party services that support our voice AI functionality, we securely store required credentials such as API keys, access tokens, and webhook URLs. These credentials are encrypted and accessible only to Any systems that require them to operate the service on behalf of the customer. Credentials are deleted upon customer request or when they are no longer required. ●Phone Numbers: For inbound and outbound calling capabilities, we allocate and store phone numbers assigned to our customers. This includes metadata such as the phone number itself, its type (local, toll- free, or short code), service provider, region, and assignment details (which customer or assistant the number is linked to). e.
