Sales & Business Operations Associate

Role

You will support sales, business development, and CEO operations by engaging with clients, managing leads, coordinating meetings, and assisting with daily executive tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, a people-oriented mindset, and flexibility to travel for client meetings when required.

Compensation

₹15,000 per month plus performance-based sales bonus

Qualifications

Well-spoken with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with clients, leads, and stakeholders.
Ability to support sales conversations, follow-ups, and lead generation.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to assist in scheduling and coordination.
Basic experience in preparing documents, reports, and professional communications.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos when needed.
